I love finding new places to eat. The less known, the better! With that in mind, I decided to start a new series on my blog called, Foodie Files, where I write about the new restaurants I stumble upon. Really unique, I know.
Last Monday, I was in Glendale to finish up some job-related stuff. I opened the Yelp app on my phone and discovered there was an Eggslut location just a block away! After begging Chris to try it with me, we made our way to the place.
Before our drive home on Wednesday, Chris and I stopped by La Petite Sourie, a little hole-in-the-wall French cafe and bakery. The place is a hidden gem; they serve breakfast all day with all items under $10.
If you know Chris and myself, you would know that we love burgers. And finding new, “hole in the wall” type kinda burger places. We discovered a new burger place, or rather “all-American gastropub” in the heart of Old Town Monrovia – 1776.
