• First Time at JT

Recently uncovered these photos on my hard drive and thought I’d share about the first time I visited Joshua Tree National Park. The second park I’ve ever visited!

  • Hiking in the Giant Forest

My family recently took a trip to Kingsburg, CA; from there, we drove to Sequoia National Park where we hiked the Giant Forest to see some giant sequoia trees.

  • The View at Stough Canyon

Kickstarting my ten days off from work with a really strenuous hike with my aunt! We did the Stough Canyon Hike and I don’t think I’ve ever been so winded in my life – the view is amazing though.

  • Monrovia Canyon Hike

This past Memorial Day, my aunt and I decided to go for a quick hike at Monrovia Canyon. It’s a rather short one mile hike but it definitely will break a little sweat.

  • On top of the world

While Joshua Tree National Park is known for its (you guessed it) joshua trees, there’s a little part of the park that has the most amazing views of the Coachella Valley.

  • Explorin’ Joshua Tree

I did a thing today – purchased an annual pass to the National Park system. Chris and I also explored a desert park after purchasing said pass.
