My family has an odd tradition of just traveling during Christmas. With family visiting from Canada, we decided to spend it in the beautiful and sunny city of Oceanside, California.
I tried to write one post for the entire time we stayed at Oceanside, but the sunsets in this city are too pretty that it deserved its own post!
Before departing for Oceanside, we stopped by Joshua Tree National Park early in the morning. It was empty; we basically had it to ourselves.
The first part of our family trip involved going to Palm Springs! From Sunny Cycle to gourmet shakes – it was a blast!
Wrapping up 2017 and setting my goals for 2018. I’m ready for whatever this year decides to throw my way!
I recently checked out a new sushirrito place and met up with two of my favorite bloggers in the blogosphere!
How is it December already?! Raise your hands if you felt that November only lasted for a minute *raises hands and feet* Wrapping up the month that November was plus a sneak peek into December’s festivities!
This past week, Chris and I did a new trail in the heart of Pasadena called Eaton Canyon. It’s a rather heavily populated hike that features a waterfall at the end of the trail.
A few days ago, Chris and I hiked up to the abandoned ruins of Big Horn Mine. The trailhead began at the Vincent Gulch Divide parking lot, off the CA-2 highway.
A few weeks back, I had planned another hike with my aunt. When we did the Monrovia Canyon Hike back in May, we were informed by the ranger that there was another trailhead nearby, which wasn’t as busy as the waterfall hike.
Oh my lanta, I’m twenty-six today. I’m officially in my late-twenties, and to be honest, I feel like I just turned 21 the other year! Last year, I wrote about how 25 was going to be a great year and I was spot on.
October is my favorite month of the year – my birthday month, Halloween, pumpkin patches, corn mazes and cooler weather. Anyways, I’ve always wanted to visit a pumpkin patch and corn maze and I finally made it happen!
