EMC Seafood and Raw Bar
My family originally had plans to drive to Las Vegas but canceled our plans after the freeway was temporarily shut down due to the road conditions and snow. We ended up heading to the mall and dining at EMC Seafood and Raw Bar. I tried their lobster roll which had a good serving of lobster and went wild with their salmon & albacore carpaccio – it was amazing!! I’m still day dreaming of the carpaccio until this day.
Somisomi
Following our meal at EMC, we stopped by Somisomi for some dessert. I opted for the milk tea and ube swirl for my flavor and having felt guilty for the amount of carpaccio I consumed, chose to have no filling and toppings on my ice cream. Their soft serve is amazing and I highly recommend it.
Sushi Kuni
After the great sushi episode of early 2019, I have done well with avoiding sushi. However, after craving for more salmon and albacore carpaccio, my family and I decided to eat seafood again the next day. We chose to dine at Sushi Kuni, one of our favorite local sushi spots. My younger brother and I decided to do the all you can eat and, you probably guessed right, we ordered a bunch of salmon and albacore carpaccio. We also got some orders of the sashimi and lobster rolls.
Like I said, I decided to spend the holiday season with my own version of holiday eats! Until the next adventure!
